Each residence has been designed to include a series of directional bay windows. This contemporary reference to Mid-Century Modernist design captures both direct and glancing views of the park, the Shrine of Remembrance, stretches of the city, Albert Park Lake, and out to Port Phillip Bay.

Paying homage to the enduring character of the nearby Shrine of Remembrance, the materiality of Park Modern has been directly influenced by the iconic Melbourne landmark. A subtle yet poignant nod to stone and metal has been seamlessly incorporated throughout the podium and façade.
