The Queensbridge neighbourhood sits at a nexus joining Melbourne CBD, the Yarra River, South Melbourne and the Arts Precinct.

We believe that people enjoy a better quality of life when opportunities to live, relax, exercise, work and play are 15 minutes walking or cycling distance from their home.

For day trips, all residences who don’t have a car have access to our own fleet of access to our own fleet of bookable cars.

In a romantic architectural narrative, Queensbridge’s symbolic base of rough stone and rock, gives way to a contemporary tower of bronze and glass: the old meets the new.

Green wetlands, billabongs, native biodiversity and swathes of black volcanic bedrock give you an idea of what Melbourne looked like under indigenous land management.

Rising from the earth boasts black, textured, almost aerated concrete emblematic of the volcanic landscape Melbourne is founded on.

Throughout the building you will also notice that every space feels like it has been delicately designed and crafted, each room has its own mood and feeling.

Queensbridge has been designed to feel, in its truest sense, like a beautiful, modern Australasian home balancing rough cut stone, swathes of cool concrete, lush urban greenery, rich woods, abundant natural light and cozy furniture.

QUEENSBRIDGE CLUBHOUSE

The Queensbridge arrival experience is created through our open house philosophy. The ground floor comprises a collection of communal spaces, and generous hospitality offering. Locals mingle with their neighbours here throughout the course of the day as the house evolve.

Ensuring this sense of community is the clever organisation of separate concierge desks and lift lobbies that create a distinction between the flexible living model of the House Apartments occupants and long term locals who live in the Private Residences Editions.
